We, at Vasthravedika, strive to provide quality products that are priced at an honest value and backed by the best customer service possible. However if due to some unforeseen situation you require the return of the product then the following terms apply for a mutually consented return.
In case you have received a product that seems either damaged or is different from what you ordered, we would appreciate if you could email us or contact our customer support cell within 24 hours of receipt of product. Please save all the packing materials along with the product. Once you contact us, we will guide you through out the process. You can contact us by either sending an email to email@example.com. We have the sole right to determine whether the items is eligible for a return or not.
Items Not Eligible for a Return/Exchange :
The following items can’t be returned or exchanged because of the nature of the items, unless they arrive damaged or defective :
Any special order
Any item resized to fit your body size
Any item that was altered for your order
All Clearance Items
We do not accept any returns which is postmarked after 5 days of receiving the shipment (for the shipment which the return is accepted)
We do not accept retuns/exchanges mentioning that you dont like the product.
We would not accept returns of any product that was bought during a discount sale or an offer.
Any complaint with regards to damage or stains or stitching or any other should be reported to us within 24 hrs of the receipt of the products. We may ask for a digital picture of the same in order to review the same.
Customer need to bear the shipping cost while returning the products.
We will not refund the shipping charges paid by you while purchasing the item.
Refunds would not be accepted for custom made / stitched clothing, including readymade stitched sarees or sarees stitched with custom blouse.
In case of orders with free shipping, shipping cost would be deducted from the refund.
We will not refund the customs duties or taxes, if applicable, or paid by you at time of receiving the goods (Local and International) as they govern by that respective country and it is entirely of customer responsibility.
All products should be returned in original condition with tags intact as attached in the dress. Presence of original tags is a must to accept returns
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
Here are the instances where we might reject your return or Issue a partial refund :
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. Partials are deemed appropriate under our sole discretion. We also have the sole right to determine the percentage of amount of the original purchase that will be refunded for such items. Following are the type of scenarios where partial-refunds are granted:
Items with obvious signs of use
Any item that is not in its original condition
Any item that is postmarked more than 5 days after delivery
Any item that was purchased during a sale event or with a discount
Any item with no visible damage or no identifiable defect (we reserve the sole right of inspecting and determining if the item is defective or damaged; please send us clear picture of the defect or damage before sending the item back)
